Who I am
Hi, I’m Cory Buckner — the owner of Cory’s Carpentry. I’m a trim carpenter based in Middle Tennessee, and I specialize in the small jobs most big contractors are too busy to take on. Whether it’s replacing baseboards in a room, adding crown molding, updating door and window trim, changing interior doors, or building custom cabinets, I focus on detailed finish work that brings a home together.
My Approach
With over a decade of experience in trim carpentry, I take pride in doing the job right and making sure my customers are happy. I enjoy meeting new people and seeing the look on their faces when the project is complete. Even though I’m always thinking about how I could have done better (being a bit of a perfectionist), I love knowing my work makes a difference in someone’s home.
Why I Started Cory's Carpentry
I started Cory’s Carpentry as a side hustle. I also work in the tech field as a product manager, which gives me the flexibility to take on smaller jobs that others often pass over. I always aim to show up when I say I will — and if something changes, my customer is the first to know. I believe in clear, honest communication from start to finish, so there are no surprises… except maybe how great the end result turns out.
